Yes indeed! One thing I hated about a majority of the Notion templates I have tried over the years is how DIFFICULT and complex they were, especially for new users of Notion.

I designed my templates here on Navigate Notion to benefit the user by not needing any knowledge or experience of Notion before using these templates.

My focus was to create powerful templates for creators with a focus on simplicity and ease of use for even first time Notion users.

Yup! Notion’s free plan is all you need to jump in and start using this template. If you don’t already have Notion, click here to download the app and create a free account.

How do I add the template to my Notion?

Open the PDF file you downloaded when you completed your purchase from the Navigate Notion website. In that pdf you will find a link to the notion template. Click that link to open it up.

Once the template opens in your browser, look for the duplicate button that looks like this on desktop, or this if your on mobile. Then select your notion account to duplicate the template into your notion.

Done! Now open your notion and you will see the Ultimate Project Planner here in the left hand side of your Notion sidebar.
